I had used this product on our large back patio and liked it so much that when we extended that back patio recently (another 200 sq ft), I knew I needed to get this product again, to strengthen the new slab. It seems to work well and gives us peace of mind that the hairline cracks in the concrete will not be an issue in the future, and that the structure will last for many more years than it would without this treatment.

Recently purchased for a newly poured concrete slab for home parking. Waited 30 days to complete curing process prior to applying L3000. Staff at Foundation Armor super helpful with delivery process and answering my questions regarding application. Definitely recommend the company and its product. I do recommend using the Scott’s powered pump to apply L3000 densifier/sealant. It allowed for efficient and stress free application especially if working solo.

When you down it make sure you wash it out after some minutes or hours. It soaks up the moisture in the floor. I used it on my sticky epoxy and it dried up. Now I can drive into my garage. Left some white residue though that’s why I gave it a 4 star

Fantastic product
Used this on my garage floor and apron prior to using an oil and water-repelling sealant. The garage flooring was relatively smooth and the apron a typical brush finish. Prepped the surface per the instructions and using a 3:1 ratio mix, applied with a roller (although using a roller is not recommended) . Applied two coats to both areas as recommended. I felt using the roller allowed me to get great coverage and my intent was to eventually cover the garage flooring with some type of interlocking...

The L3000 was easy to apply and clean up. The concrete I applied it to did not discolor and still looked natural. When we had rain days later it was easy to see the the product works as advertised. Thanks for the awesome product!
