High gloss. Easy spread.
Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. Gloss seems much brighter and just seemed to go down easier. Of course it will a year or two before I know for sure, but so far it looks great.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the AX25 for several year around my pool and porch area. This product rises above previously used products. We are very pleased with the results. We have a salt water pool and this sealer has prevent concrete pops. The customer service is amazing! If you have any questions, they are so helpful in walking you through the process. I will continue to use this product.

Great Pool Paver Sealer
My husband and I used the Foundation Armor AX25 on our pool deck pavers. We were very pleased with how easy it was to apply with a paint roller with a long handle and a 2” paint brush to get under the small edges. Our pavers were 2 years old and had never been sealed. The AX25 brought out the colors in them, giving them a rich gloss appearance, and got rid of the gritty feel when you are barefoot.
