I placed this order on December 12 and was told it will be delivered December 19. I had multiple emails and texts stating that delivery date; however, I understand that isn't exact, especially with the holidays. On December 30, it was finally shipped via FedEx FREIGHT! It's a shower door, not a shower. Because it was shipped freight, it was coming to my home in a tractor trailer. There is no room for a truck that size. I work dur8ng theor delivery hours. Shattered when supposedly delivered

Never received it. Said it was delivered then I called to ask about it and apparently It had been shattered upon delivery so it never was left. No one even called me to let me know. I had to make that call myself.

The bottom panel guide leaves a lot of slack

The inner door was held in place but the outer door wobbles when you open/shut. The safety slider clips were probably for a 1/8 pane glass as they didn't fit the 1/4 in. Otherwise easy to install and looks good.

Make sure you check the item when you receive it!

Love the look of this shower door and how easy it is to install. Also the manufacturer replaced the towel bars that were dented in from being shipped across the country. They also have a WAMM policy and replace any parts that may not be cut correctly. They shipped out the additional parts and we recieved them in 2 days.
