Works great, manual could have been clearer

Would Recommend

Water heater arrived on time and was easy to install. Worked right away. Only problem I had was that there were edge protectors installed where the door attaches and it was never mentioned in the instructions that they were supposed to be removed. I could not get the door on and finally decided to remove them. After I got the door on I noticed a sticker attached to the unit that said to remove the edge protectors. It would have saved some frustration if that was in the installation manual.

doesn't come with door!

despite the pics with the door clearly displayed, there is no door in the box. you'll have to purchase a separate door kit...15x15, 15x18, or 18x18...for another $85 ish.
