Store Pickup was terrible! I understand that there was weather that affected shipments but, when you tell a customer that their items are ready for pick-up, they should be ready. We had to wait nearly an hour for them to locate and then dig the items out from behind several pallets of Ice Melt! Better control of your warehousing/shipments receiving needs to be addressed. 10-15 mins is acceptable, but not nearly an hour waiting for the items to be brought up from the back.

Great product

Purchased this item and matching shower pan online to replace existing tile & grout in shower. Had professionally installed. Absolutely love everything about it! The Color, looks like stone, reasonably priced & easy to clean. Perfect choice. Would recommend to anyone thinking about doing a shower remodel.

Turned out beautifully!

We had our shower replaced with the Flexstone base and walls in Botticino Cream. We are very happy with how it turned out.The base is just rough enough to feel very safe, not slick. The walls look very nice. It has been finished for less than a week — so far so good. We went with this rather than cultured marble because of price. Looks great and didn’t break the bank!

reminds me of panels of faux tile from the 80s

this product is pretty and easy to install if you are working in a small space or need a replacement for an odd size shower. However, it is as thin and flimsy as wall paneling. I expected a stronger material for the price. There are no tracks for the corners just a bead of calking which makes me nervous for water leakage. I am hoping for the best but only time will tell.

Flexstone shower kit

Nice material to work with Still installing, I researched a lot of the shower kits, I specifically picked flex stone because it’s made in the US down out of Salt Lake City Utah and their staff has been great and answering any questions about their products everything’s pretty much straightforward complete kit, materials easy to work with!

Very nice looking once installed

Much thicker panels than I expected. Semi-simple to install. Difficult to have such a big panel adhere to wall without some type of bracing to hold in place while glue dries.

Easy to clean and look great.

Used this product in both of our bathroom remodels in the last year, love them. I do think that they are somewhat overpriced for what you get, but they look beautiful. The price has gone up approximately $200 in the past year. Did one bathroom June 2021 and one June 2022.

Not a good value for the money.

I've purchased swanstone products before and thought this would be like product. It is alot thinner and product is not solid thru out. The decription is vague and doesn't tell you thickness. I would be much happier spending a little more and getting the solid product.
