Not packaged correctly

Would Recommend

One of the shelves was not secured with screws like the other shelf so it bounced around during shipping resulting in scraps and scratches in the powder coating. No additional screws packed to secure it to the inside myself. If it was meant to be shipped loose inside the safe then it should have been wrapped to protect it.

Research complaints on this product

Would Not Recommend

Junk. Pure and simple. I opened it brand new and there were several loose screws tossing around in the bottom of the box. 3 different employees followed the initial opening instructions PRECISELY and the door would not open manually per the directions to program the keyless entry. Don’t waste your money on this brand. It’s a waste of time and money.
