Damaged Seats With No Exchange Option - Do Not Buy

The chair seats are shipped inside the same boxes as the metal chair frames but they are not attached. They are loose in the box causing the wooden seats to get beat up and damaged during shipping when they are banging against the meat chair frames. You cannot return or exchange the seats individually so you are forced to return the entire chair and try your luck again. I tried taking the seats in the physical Lowe’s store for an exchange and they said there is nothing they can do but I can try ...

Exceeded My Expectations!!!

I bought 4 of these for my new home they were perfect very good quality!!!

Nice chair but seat color is off

I bought four of the Hercules black ladder back barstools with a “natural” wood seat. Just received them today. The chairs seem sturdy, however, I do not like the color of the seat. It is a yellow—orangey wood color (the color of the old fashion chairs I’m trying to get rid of!) They are supposed to be natural wood. When I think of natural wood, I think of a light color. I’m going to have to sand them and try to fix it myself; too expensive to send back.

Great bar stools at a great price.

Bought 5 for my new bar. So far very happy with them...so much so I’m buying 2 more. Very easy to assemble in fact you’re only screwing in the cushion to the chair with four bolts that are included... that’s the extent of the assembly. Cushions are comfortable, chairs are light, they’re perfect barstools.
