Bought 2 chairs and then added a 3rd

I have a tall kitchen island for which regular-height bar stools are too low. I bought the two chairs sight unseen. They were easy to assemble and work so well for where I need them that I ordered a third.

Sturdy design.

The stools are very sturdy, the seats were damaged we ordered two more and only one came undamaged. No assembly instructions included.

Great chairs

So far we love the bar stools.  They look awesome  Many compliments from my customers  Plus we received them all at once .

Absolutely Not

I ordered and received 4 of these chairs in destroyed boxes from fedex. Once I opened the boxes I noticed every single seat is damaged to some capacity due to the fact they were not secured in the box, nor were they wrapped for shipping. Just thrown in. I called customer service immediately/ he was very friendly which I appreciated but unfortunately I was only provided two options.
