Received wrong and dented parts

I received my first order a week before they were due to arrive, so that was nice. However, the chairs came with the wrong cushions. Lowe's was great about exchanging the chairs for me. The new chairs came within 5 days, only I was sick when they arrived. When I finally opened them up the fact that the boxes were torn and beat up should have been my first clue something wasn't right. Every single piece was dented and/or scraped. Good height for bar

I ordered 3 chairs. Two were exactly as shown and described and they work well. They do swivel but it's tight. They sent the wrong chair for the third chair. We decided it can work so didn't bother to switch them out.

Nice Solid Chair

Very happy with the quality of the chair and timeliness of the delivery process! It very solid and the price was much less than comparable chairs found elsewhere! We were missing one piece which was quickly replaced and when assembling found one chair did not have its nuts and bolt pack for included. The quality/price overrides these minor issue though.

Bought these X back swivel extra tall barstools about a month ago and they are perfect. Exactly as described, heavy duty, durable, easy to assemble, and very comfortable! Love these barstools

Brought these barstools as we could get the exact color or our new house. We needed them to swivel easily and they do. Great buy!!!
