I would rate this 4.5 stars if possible. This is a nice looking fire pit. Shipping was prompt and the items were well packed. Assembly is easy providing you read the directions carefully. The top of the fire pit is very solid. The side panels are a bit thinner than I like. As mentioned in reviews on other models, the design should be modified to allow the burner to be screwed down. These are minor complaints. We are pleased with our purchase and would recommend this unit.

This is my first fire pit. I love the size and shape…it’s perfect for our deck. Everything was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. It went together reasonably easy. Just took a little time. Nice quality and looks great.

We are very happy with this fire pit. A very good price, quality and attractive. It is aluminum so it is very light to move. But what is even better is this company's customer service.I have been shopping on-line for decades and it's rare to have this level of CS. We had an issue that was resolved with great communication so you can make this on-line purchase with an ease of mind. The ONLY minor critique with this model ( maybe b/c it is oval) is it is a little difficult to place the full prop...
