Soon after I bought this I realized it would not work with my kitchen plan, so I purchased a 2nd built-in dishwasher from Lowes after calling Lowes customer service and being told I could return this one within 30 days. Overall this is good little dishwasher for a single person or up to two people. I have 2 people in my household and I run it 2 times per day sometime more on weekends. Some of my plates are too big to fit in. Only fits small pots or pans. Still need to hand wash larger pots and most of my pans. The speed wash cycle isn't good for utensils that have sat un there for a day because it is not powerful enough to wash off what dries on. But the other setting clean very well. the item is mostly as described. It is quiet. Cleans well. But the faucet connectivity and instructions are GARBAGE. I had multiple trips to a hardware store and a plumber said the fixture attachment for the faucet was a rare, impossible size. I had to buy a chintzy off-brand faucet after opening every one in the store and using multiple adaptors to fit the one from the company. And the instructions were obtuse, and of no help.
