Horrible Build Quality
This item is wayfair quality at Lowe's pricing. The base does not support the top at all, leading to a FRIGHTENING amount of flex at the slightest touch. The "wood" is so soft, that neither screws nor cam locks hold at all. Even if this item was $175 I would still consider it overpriced for the quality.
