Don't buy! Kitchen Island Can't Handle the Kitchen
This started as a pretty average product, but fell to one star after it couldn't handle being used as a kitchen island for even week. The top of the island was not sealed at the corners or the seams, so after about a week of using it began to warp and the top of the counter split from the slides. Lowes customer service does not cover this as "defective" - deflecting to the manufacturer - and the manufacturer Fufu & Gaga doesn't have a contact via Lowes and their own website says they don't suppo...

Great for our laundry room
This is definitely not the sturdiest piece of furniture in the world, nor was it the easiest to put together. However, it does the job we needed it to do perfectly as a folding station and extra storage in our small laundry room. The wood is much darker in person than it looks online, and I would never use this as an island as the backside is not aesthetically pleasing. I'm giving it four stars as it works great for our purposes, but if I were to be using it in a kitchen, it would be more like t...

Not the best quality. And I'm not sure it's best used as an island. The back of it isn't esthetically pleasing. I use it against a wall. Only took me about 2.5 hours to put together by myself. Also it is MUCH darker in person than in the picture.
