Defective cabinet!
A drawer (part #13) had no holes drilled into it.

DO NOT BUY Worse piece of furniture I ever bought.
My husband spent 2 hours assembling this dresser, carefully following all directions. It came in a million pieces. He then picked it up, to carry it up the steps not only did it completely come apart, the wood (all pressed wood) literally broke, big chunks busted off around the metal fixtures & screws.
