Poor customer service
I reached out to for customer support and Lowe's redirected me to the manufacturer (Forno). I reached to Forno and they out to they told me to reach out to the technician. No accountability from either party! It's ridiculous. I purchased a 3 year protection plan that cannot be fulfilled. I need a refund of the Forno double oven plus the 3 year protection plan.

Use it if you want to burn all of your food
After several times of food being burnt, we finally had to purchase oven thermometers to see what the temperatures actually are in the both ovens. Each oven is running about 50 degrees hotter than the settings. When I submitted this to the Forno customer help web site I was told that's what their ovens do. Sometimes it will be 50 degrees hotter, sometimes 50 degrees cooler. The setting you put it on is only an average temp. So if you are okay burning your cakes or roasts, by all means, drop...

Regarding the burners, the main front-right burner is specifically designed for simmering, while the other seven burners deliver high power but do not feature a simmer option. If you’re seeking a cooktop where all burners support simmering, we suggest considering our Capriasca model (FFSGS6187-48), which is better suited for such needs.

Terrible quality Produst and Lowes Support
This stove was installed Dec12 2023.First, the Lowes installation service damaged (dented) the oven door and will not tale responsibility even though we have photos before and after installation. Second the stove not assembled correctly, the oven door leaks and heats up the burner handles to temperature that you can burn yourself if touched. Flexibility in cooking
We haven’t used this yet but have been very pleased with the reviews, ordering process and delivery of this stove. We wanted two ovens but didn’t want the wall unit style or the version that has one stove on top of the other in a regular free standing range. This item provides exactly what we are after.

Heating Element Didn’t Work on Arrival
My wife and I purchased this product - she was so excited to add it to our new kitchen. On arrival the heating element in the main oven didn’t work. Contacted Forno who said they would send someone out but it’s been weeks and nothing has been done. Very poor customer service!

Service
One burner came with the wrong golden orifice so the burner wouldn’t go past simmer. had to communicate 90% of the service trouble via email which kind of annoying and tedious BUT we got the issues resolved and the manufacture rep was very polite and patient. After a week of back and forth via email with the manufacturer they sent me a new part. The stove DOES work great
