Vinyl strips saves the day.
I was uncertain how to seal a drafty area in my livingroom. Walking through Lowe's, like I enjoy doing, I found this vinly. It was exactly what I needed and a great price. I bought 4 pieces. For around 10 bucks, my house is better insulated.

Thinner Product
This is a 0.80" product which makes it not as hearty as the 1/8" material. The Cove doesn't maintain it's shape as well. It would be fine for home uses just be prepared to spend some time reshaping the coved portion again.
