Clock permanently lit/on

This cabinet was the right size, with mirrors in and out and power outlets inside. I also liked the exterior lights at the edge like a frame and not inset in a strip, like literally every other cabinet on the market. Lots of Space

We purchased this in December of 2024 for a remodel. We were debating if this would be the only light source or not and thankfully, we opted to not have it be the only light source because it is dimmer than expected. It's still nice ambiance! I love how the lights have 3 different settings that you slide through and dimmablity of all the light settings. I was a little concerned with the dept and the storage but it hold a lot. So excited for an upgrade

After 20+ years with the medicine cabinet in my main bathroom I was exited for this new one. After 1 moth being installed the light will not stay on in the mirror. It turns on by the control in the mirror and turns off in 1 minute without touching the controls. Definitely disappointing after the cost of the mirror.

Lighting is Horrible

This barely puts out any light even on the brightest setting. It's so bad that when it's on and you leave the bathroom when you return you hit the light switch turning it off because you think it's already off. I'm taking it off the wall and bringing it back to the store.

light doesnt stay on

the light turns off after say 30 mins. I want to keep on for guest when entertaining.. I see nothing in instructions about this. calling manufacture. I also wish i could turn off the clock and temp being lit up.

Defogger issues

Installed less than a month ago, looks great but the defogger works only on the left (larger) side but based on the picture should have it installed on both mirrors.

Connecting to electrical power was a challenge.

Good product. Install was easy except for the electrical chord. There is not a channel in the cabinet through which to run the chord. I had to gauge a channel in the sheet rock behind the cabinet to run the chord to the electrical power.

Broken Mirror, Broken Dreams

Purchased the Exbrite Luvia 48" x 30" medicine cabinet from Lowe's website and opted to have it shipped to my local store. Waited two weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, the box was damaged, but it was hard to tell if the cabinet took damage during shipping. So, I took pictures of the damage and was assured by the Lowes team member that if the cabinet was damaged that I could return it. hopefully clock and temp display are not important

we've had this unit for less than 4 months, surface mount, but hardwired in as we didn't want to tie up an outlet. the clock display and temp quit working and they want me to contact an electrician to get a quote on replacing it, as they are willing to replace the entire unit, I don't want the entire unit replaced, just get the clock and temp display working. It's too much to ask for me to coordinate them and the electrician, they need to do this, not me. but other than that the unit is great, ...

Nice cabinet with surround LED lighting.

It is much prettier than our previous cabinet. It was heavy making it difficult to install and the side panels were hard to get on.
