Don’t buy!
Great fountain but the replacement filters at petco has been out of stock for over 4 months! Not available on eBay! Found similar filters on Amazon but not happy with the flimsy quality. Why sell a fountain if you don’t have the filters???!!

Works great a year out!
I’m very surprised at all the 1 star ratings for this water fountain! I bought it exactly one year ago and it still works like a charm! My cat drinks like a fish from it and I have zero issues. I empty once a week and wipe it down, then do a thorough cleaning and filter change once a month. Excellent product IMO.

Not recommended
Bought this water fountain, and all it does is spill water. It spills water, whether the water level is high or low. I've had this horrible problem with it since day 1. I would love my money back because it is trash.
Poor design
I bought this two months ago from Petco. No matter the water level, it ends up spraying water on the floor- a constant clean up task. Poor design and a waste of money.

Mysterious leaking
I bought it and it worked for a couple weeks and started leaking all of the water out of the bottom. Now it does not hold water. I can’t find a crack anywhere though

Dont’ bother
The pump will not stay affixed to the bottom of the bowl with the tiny suction cups provided. Once the pump gets out of place, the water is not pointing toward the hole, so it cannot fall down the water slide. Good concept; poor execution.
