RELIABILT 1.5-in x 144-in Unfinished Wood Fir Indoor Wall rail

Never received

Imperfections

Imperfections required wood filler. I did curbside so someone else picked it out.

Exactly as described

Was exactly what we needed and very inexpensive

Check to make sure the rail is straight.

The rail served its purpose but I chose curbside service and the rail picked out for me was not straight. It was disappointing.

Price and style Not What I wanted

I needed handrails. There was one design, 8 feet, I'd seen on line we wanted.. When I went to pick them up the two in stock were twisted. They only had 12 foot, I asked that I be given 8' of a 12 '. Was told buy twelve throw 4' ($35) away. Safety issue so bought a less desirable style. Was offered no other options. Should have gone somewhere else.

Ok

Railing is fine, smooth and decent quality for a back hall or basement - not fancy but sturdy enough

Absolute garbage.

Both arrived & I could see they were warped before they were unloaded from the truck. Super warped. They should never of pulled them to send to a customer. They would be fine to start a fire.
