Best ice maker I've ever owned! I absolutely hated my old ice machine because it was too big, too loud and leaked all the time. This one is perfect, slightly bigger than a Keurig coffee machine, super quiet and hasn't leaked at all. It also comes with 4 packs of citric acid descaling powder and is recommended to use every 1-3 months. I tell everyone I know how much I love this ice machine!

Perfect Sized Ice

Initial setup was easy. Cleaning with the supplied powder packages was as simple as pressing one button. The tank holds a little over 4 cups of water. Ice is supplied within 5 minutes but it is not enough to fill an 8oz cup. The attached pictures is after an hour of use in a 70F room.

Its good ice

This is a wonderful little ice machine. Its super quick to make ice. The ice tastes so good. I can't stop getting a glass every time I pass it to crunch on. It was easy to unbox. Most everything looked super durable. My only issue might be the little plastic piece to hang the scoop on. I feel like its not going to last long. Im not a fan of having to turn it off and then back on every time it needs water. But thats just being picky.

Turning everyday drinks into little treats

I never considered myself a pellet ice fan until I got this, and I have to say it has changed me a little bit… having it in my drinks makes things like seltzers, coffee, sodas, mixed drinks, etc. much more enjoyable. The pellets are a great texture and also cool down drinks faster than traditional ice cubes It does create ice quickly, but the basket isn’t huge, and the way it dispenses a little mountain into the basket will cause it to stop making ice while there is still room for more. This ice maker overall is great, from its quality, durability, to the ice it makes. It super simple to use and the ice is a great size as well the maker it’s self. The self cleaning is feature is great too. The maker is fast and quiet. This a great ice maker and I am pleased with it.

Great looking machine on the countertop. After a 30 minute cleaning process the machine starting producing ice within minutes. Makes small ice cubes perfect for drinks and at an impressive speed once it gets going. My kids love this thing and are so excited.

Small efficient ice maker

This countertop ice maker is great! It blends in well and doesn't take up too much space. We run it a few times a week and store the ice on freezer bags. It uses about 40oz of water and takes about 2 hours to make a full basket of ice. The ice has to be removed and stored after its made otherwise it will slowly melt and create new ice cubes.

Easy way make ice with filtered water!

Makes great ice! Chewable and it’s fast. This allows me to use filtered water so i have clean ice without installing a whole house water filter. No chlorine smell or bad taste! Sets up easy and makes ice all day! Not noisy, my wife hated our previous ice maker, because it was very loud, not this one!

Very satisfied

I’ve owned three countertop ice makers before this one. One lasted about two years, and the other two only lasted around a year. I’d been wanting a nugget ice maker for a while, but I just couldn’t bring myself to spend $450+ on one, especially knowing these machines don’t always last that long.
