These clowns need to be in a circus.

Unit arrived damaged. Sent it back and a week later the same damaged unit was delivered again. Refused the delivery again. A few days later a different less damaged unit arrived. Good enough, it’s 110 here and I am desperate. I would not recommend these clowns.

Received damaged

We picked it up then got home only to find a huge dent in the bottom tray. It was not visible until we took the packing off. I understand things get damaged but wow someone had to know they had damaged it. We will return it tomorrow and look elsewhere for a new cooler. This seems to be very common reading the other reviews.

Less then 3 months and motor blown and fan rusted

We bought this item less then 3 months ago and Friday night the fan motor stopped working, the manufacturer isn’t open on the weekends and the store it was bought from is a hour away, I called the store and they told me that they would most likely not be able to rerun it because they had just changed their return policy to 30 days instead of 90 even though my email receipt says I have until July 30th (still 10 days away) they told me I could bring it in and try to return it but they probably wou...

It takes at least 2 people.

It was way easier for me to install than my wife thought it would be. 😅
