I have never had an issue with a delivery until today. I was told the water heater would be unpacked and the packaging materials taken away. Neither happened. I contacted the driver and he told me he was a third party delivery and my wife should have told them. I've never had an issue in all the years I've done business with Lowe's, and with all the deliveries.
