Envirosheet, sub floor is a special high density EPS foam product designed for applications which require insulation and a thermal break under flooring assemblies (insulated sub floor panel), where low water absorption, mold and mildew resistant and high strength are the key. This product is designed as an air and vapor barrier with an R5 thermal break and large surface drainage channels, to be installed quickly and easily under 4 x 8 sheets of tongue and groove or regular OSB or plywood ( minimum 3/4" ) when building an insulated sub floor or deck space on top of an existing concrete slab or wooden floor. Ideal applications include basement floors, factory floors and agricultural building floors. All sheets are R5- 1 in. thick x 24 in. x 48 in with a vacuum applied mold vapor and mildew resistant film surface on the lower drainage plane side. This allow fast easy installation in even tight locations like basements and crawl spaces and they can be transported in any regular car due to the convenient package size.
