Shipping is crap
Supposedly the order was out for delivery on Thursday. Tracking says still on its way for a Saturday delivery. As I write this it’s 9:15 pm. None. When I ordered said 2 day be here Thursday. Wish I’d just went to store and got it.

Easy Installation, Great Thermostat with WiFi
Easy installation. I did have to look REALLY close at my old thermostat for the labels of the wires, but once I found that, the online installation guide was very helpful.

I have the same thermostat in my home now. I purchased it for the house I’m renting out. I purchased this product cause you can adjust the thermostat temperature from ur cellphone so when ur not at home, the house can either be cool or could be warm.

Great Thermostat!
I was looking for something to replace my Nest’s and my HVAC repair person said this was a good one. At first It would not let me add more than one to the app so I asked our Audio Video guy for help and he was able to figure it out. That is the only thing I would say is that if you need more than one thermostat it needs a little tech savvy and the instructions don’t help. Otherwise I love everything about this thermostat!

Pick something else
Unit causes fan to run the minute the heat is engaged but the air hasn't been warmed yet. This wastes electricity and will cause premature wear of system. I waited 48 minutes just to talk to someone and they don't indicate hold time or allow you to have them call you back. Inexcusable. That's terrible customer service.

Problem connecting more than 1 thermo to router
I was very excited about this until I was trying to program the second one... Apparently it requires a different router if you have more than one thermostat in your home. Our previous nest system did not... I may have to return them and start over...
