Design flaw with the sink construction - it leaks
The vanity itself is nice (although if I could do it over I'd buy one with a backsplash) but the problem I have with it is that the sink leaks. I've had my contractors try to fix it three times, and a plumber who told me it's defective. So I'm stuck with a leaky sink and will see what else I can try. For the price, I'd expect better quality than this. Do not recommend.

Beautiful and Functional
The vanity is beautiful. We got it because we needed additional storage in the hall bath that our kids share and guests use. We wanted something beautiful and durable that could withstand kids and would last for years. The drawers provide great storage. They’re a little stiff to open and close, but I think the stiffness will go away with use. As nice as the vanity is, it does have flaws. Great Vanity
Vanity turned out great. Packaged well and had no damage. Our plumber did have to cut the back panel to allow plumbing access. Other than that everything was great. I would recommend this vanity.
