The delivery guys were really nice. However, they decided to store the extra paperwork for the tower inside the dryer vent. Left it during install and if my husband hadn't noticed the burning smell as he passed by the outside vent, we very well might have lost everything. My home is over 100 years old and made of wood. If the dryer had caught fire, it would have burned hot and fast. Don't even want to imagine that happening, but we came close.

Also, it is very heavy and cumbersome so if you have to go up stairs and/or have to maneuver sharp corners then it may be a little difficult. Laundry Tower

I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I love the reversible doors, which was one of the main reasons that we bought this unit. The features are fantastic and the washer and dryer are quiet and do a great job.

Best washer & dryer we have ever had

Loving my new tower

I will admit, I was thinking it was thinner than it is, but it fits in my laundry room nicely and we still have space to move around (purpose for getting the wash tower).
