They sent a used product.
I did not like that they sent shutters that were already stained by someone else. Even worse is that it was only 1 shutter that was stained.

Needs to be sanded
The product is great, built with wrong side out. Ideally, the "beautiful" side of the wood should have been built facing out (customer) not facing the wall. Because nobody will care about it. Suggestion is for Lowe's to build it with the "shiny" side of the wood facing the customer not the wall when installed

Looks beautiful when they are hung. We added stain but looks good without it as well.
