Chopped up mess
I started mounting this, drilling the suggested holes, and then I discovered the way they made this a 25 inch hieght. they chopped up a longer one and glued the ends. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE. But I drilled it, and no returns are possible.

These are not as premium as they sound.
I was extremely disappointed in this shutters. They are supposed to be vinyl, but are really thin plastic. Each one is also hot glued at the bottom along the entire bottom edge. These were far too expensive to come in with a hot glued seam. They also do not come with any type of cap to put over the screws once they're installed. It just looks unfinished and is disappointing.

Very expensive glued together product.
Ordered these shutters back on Sept. 18th and received them a month later. Which is typical these days for everything. However, I was very disappointed upon opening the first couple boxes to find that the tops on bottoms of most of the shutters were hot glued on and there are gaps at the seams where they are glued. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if I hadn't paid over $1000 for 10 pair of vinyl shutters.
