It's moulding. It works. The material feels a little lightweight and cheap before painting, but it looks fine after. Expected a bit more density based on reviews.

Good value but tricky getting the corners right

The finished result is amazing and the price is right. Getting the mitered corners to line up perfectly was a little tricky because of the material's slight give. Took a bit more wood filler than I had hoped.
