Milling Issues

This is a nice system, easy to install, biggest problem I had was that the tabs on 10 of the panels were milled incorrectly and they would not fit into the slots on the baseboards or chair rails. I had to carefully saw the tabs down to the proper thickness. For the cost of this system a little more Manufacturer QA would be expected. I was also shorted 2 lengths of chair rail, but had plenty of the baseboards and panels, they should have been the same amounts in lengths.

Brittle Poor Quality

I returned this product because it was too brittle and cracked as soon as I positioned it on wall. It doesn’t make this a value to any project, very surprised this was approved for sale by Lowe’s. It was a hassle getting 6 panels back to the store, as I wasn’t sure if the returns accepted the panels back. But they did accept the 5 undamaged panels and the one damaged panel.
