damaged box
there is a cut in the top of the box like something was dropped on it , the water heater looked like it was good but still!! wasn't happy about the box that's a lot of money for them not to be careful with it !
A waste.
Bought this around 6 years or so ago. Never out of the box till a need came up now. Hooked it up here in NE TX so ground is not freezing cold. Dependable Hot Water
I’m a 67 year old retired Navy Veteran our hot water tank started leaking so we removed it and cleaned up the mess. Planed on another tank heater but having the tank being heated all the time can get expensive so decided to try the electric tankless. After researching we decided on this one so ordered online downloaded the instructions on PDF and went to Lowe’s to get two 40 amp circuit breakers and 8/2 wire for the install. Planned on plastic pipe but decided to do copper and shark bite fitt...
Where’s The Hot Water?

We took our faucet apart to check the anti-scold valve, but ours was at the highest setting. The water starts out hot and gets luke warm. Only other thing could be causing this, too much pressure. We got a low pressure valve, but have not installed it yet. We have spent almost $300 extra trying to get hot water. I noticed in the sink this morni...
