Manufacturing Defects !!! ZERO STARS !!!

Would Not Recommend

I purchased 1 of these. ---- DEFECTIVE! I purchased another. ------ DEFECTIVE! Both had the same manufacturing defect. The inside of the metal shade is painted bright white. The paint will not stick if the rust is not first cleaned from the metal! Both of these had peeling and chipped paint with rust underneath it inside the lamp shade! It seems that quality control at this manufacturer is non-existent! Lowe's should discontinue this brand!
