Eccotemp i12 Gas Models 4-GPM 80000-BTU Indoor Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater

Horrible

Worst product I've ever dealt with?. First they use a 2.5 in vent pipe nobody carries that size then eccotemp wants $80 for the 2.5 to 3 in conversion piece then after all that B.S 10 minutes after installing per manual I ended up with a cold shower. The only way you can waste money more is smoke crack

Inexpensive solution

Purchased this item to replace the exact same one i had. Only lasted 5 years.

Hot water forever

This was easy to install, and provides my little house with an unlimited amount of hot water. My wife likes baths and at our other house the water heater runs out of water before the tub is full, but not here! full tub,

Electric version is good

Not sure about the gas version, But the Electric version is good

Excellent Water Heaters

i12 heater exceeds expectations, multiple faucets heated to perfection simultaneously it's perfect for this small family home, wonderful showers, take your time find the correct location closest to the kitchen and bath lesson travel time, no dum dum stuff don't put it on the other side of the house from a shower or sink, choose a location where it's out of the way, when that's on the wall and the hot water tank is gone voila an extra 20 square feet for use,

Tiny Home/In Law Project

I had a Tiny Home project/in-law in the back of my home and I was looking for a mid-size water heater for the project. I was referred to Eccotemp by a couple friends. I then did a little bit of research and found the i12 NG. This unit has been sturdy and reliable and brings hot water on demand. I also really like the sleek look of the unit and fits really well in the place it was installed. I definitely recommend this unit!

Works like a charm!

Replaced my old tank with this model and my husband loves it! We never run out of hot water. It’s also very nice looking and freed up space in our garage.

You Can Do Better

You ever have that one friend who started dating the kid who picked their noes when they thought no one was looking? The person who kept a rolodex of excuses for not showing up? The person who "rough around the edges" didn't apply because that was being too generous? Well to put my estimate of this product nicely, it's a little rough around the edges. It was more than a little fickle in its heating, sometimes hot, sometimes tepid, sometimes simply burning propane. It had enough pressure and onl...

Poor Quality Product - Don't Buy

Don't buy this brand of water heater. We purchased one and it went out two months after installation. They wouldn't fix it because they said we improperly vented it and that voided the warranty. It was properly vented to their specifications. I will not buy another product from this company every again. Their customer service/support is extremely slow and you have to either chat with them online or make an appointment for a call. You can't get someone on the phone by calling them. Very disappoin...
