Purchased Online. Half the order showed up and half of that was the wrong color and finish. Luckily our local store took what we had and gave us a credit.

Great Design and Quality Product

I used this unit as part of a walk-in closet makeover. Combined it with other EZ Track units for about 24 feet of wall- shelves, drawers and hanging units. I designed it with EZ Track's online program. Their shipping and customer service people are first rate. Follow their excellent installation guides and videos and you'll be happy. Then, order all the stuff from Lowes and save over 25%!

Bought a kit, got something not even close

Wasn’t even sent close to the right thing. Got 6 pieces of the wood, no hanging rods, no track, no hardware and no directions. Called the number on the box and sat on hold for 10 min to speak to customer service and it sent me to voicemail. Still waiting on a call back.

Easy install

Excellent product easy to install. FedX was rough with the boxs so some items were slightly damaged

Moveability

This product was really helpful in obtaining the certain boards that I needed to complete my closet renovation. You do not need to build the closet as the example pictures and can move the different boards around.

Great Closet System

I have used this system a number different times becuase it is easy to build and allows for a number of ways to cusotmize. The product shipped quickly and was not damaged when it arrived. I will likely use this product again

No Instructions or shipping documents

I ordered 4 separate "kits" to build my closet system. I received 13 boxes, none contain any indication of what they contain. I cannot even verify that I got what I ordered.

Love it!

I had this closet system installed into my fairly small walk-in closet and I'm loving it! It was inexpensive (when compared to other closet systems on the site), so I was hesitant whether it would look "cheap". It does not! I did order the top shelves (I wish they were included with the shelf system, but they were not) and added an additional shelf (not pictured) in the tower section and am so happy with how it turned out.
