Very Poor Customer Service
I ordered two identical organizers. What showed up wasn’t what I ordered. Called Lowe’s and they passed the buck to the Stow Company, the supplier of the organizer. Called Stow numerous times, left a msg, sent an email - all unanswered as of this review. Not acceptable Lowe’s - there should be a lever Lowe’s can pull to get the vendor to address the issue.

I bought 2 different Easy Track systems plus an extra set of shelves. Download the online directions and take some time to study the various components prior to assembly. I had a couple broken rod holders, but they were replaced. The system looks great!

missing parts received
****the third box with all the items arrived over the weekend (two days after the other boxes) and installation went well. The third party did get back to me promptly on Monday ensuring I got the shipment. Really disappointed as most of the parts were missing from my delivery. The 3rd party company is only open during the week so hopefully they will get back to me Monday and send me the missing parts ASAP. Will update review should my issue be resolved.
