Great looking closet unit
Our closet is 70 inches wide, so we had to cut boards and the hanger poles to fit. The mounting rail has holes every inch, so hitting all the studs was easy. The hardest part was deciding spacing between the 4 verticals. I cut the 4 boards with a table saw. No chips or scratches. All the hardware was there and easy to install. A very clean looking unit!

Ya gotta be Inventive
It is a pretty good system in terms of design and instructions. However, it calls for attaching the rods to the rod holders by drilling thru a small, slick, chrome plated piece of rod holder instead of proviing them with holes pre-drilled. I had trouble accomplishing this. My solution was to simply wrap the area with string, clear plastic packaging tape.

Wouldn’t Recommend to a Friend or Foe
Pieces missing, instructions missing, panels beat up, not even remotely sturdy or fully attached to the walls. If I hadn’t just spent a week refinishing my closet walls, I’d rip this system out. My new closet looks like it’s been hanging by a thread the past 30 years. Not looking forward to putting more of these in but I don’t have the time or strength to return the others. Complete trash.

You Tube instructions
Boxes are not labelled or named, good luck figuring out what goes with what!! Many boxes dont even have the instructions in them, you must mix and match unopened packages to figure out which one has the paper instructions. Then, the paper instructions leave ALOT to figure out!! Manufacturer needs to improve drastically!!
