Its a bit misleading to say that this closet set can fit a 3-5' closet, and then you open the instructions and discover that you need a circular saw and hack saw to cut it to fit those sizes.

Amazing product but requires a lot of handy talent
The product actually turned my cabinet space into a real cabinet. I like the material considering the price/quality balance. It's definitely durable for a regular use. If you're storing heavy goods, it might not be what you're looking for. Because the product is being hanged to a wall belt coming with the product. This belt is stabilized on studs. Therefore you need a stud finder. If your cabinet space it smaller than the belt, then you need a metal cutter. But if you have everything needed and ...

Awful Customer Support and no Instructions
Seems like a good product, but we were sent 6 unlabeled boxes for the two difference closet organizers that we purchased. There were no instructions and we called customer support and left a few messages, never heard back. We also talked to quite a few people at Lowes, without resolve. Nice product once you figure it out, but when no one is able to help and 6 boxes of parts are unlabled, very disappointed and dissatisfied.
