Dont get it if you are only installing a corner.

I only had room for a corner shelf. The finished shelf dies not look good cosmatically, hanging tower shows all the screw holes. The metal strip that the towe is hanging shows outside the shelf on both sides.

Makes your corner closet very useful

After install the unit is strong and holds a substantial amount. I also used a couple of screws on the top to secure the top shelf and make the sides slightly sturdier than just resting the top shelf on pins.

These turned out way better than I thought they would. They look great.

Great shelf and very responsive and helpful customer service. Several negative reviews here are user error. Easy to install but you need to do your due diligence when you are assembling and installing. I do wish the corner clips that came with the corner kit were a bit larger, minor feedback there. My initial package was thrown down by fedex which caused a corner to break. Emailed the customer service email, as it says on the package you receive, and had a replacement shipped out next business ...

Broken vertical pieces

The two 72" vertical pieces were broken in half. I was not home when delivered. Contacted manufacturer and Lowes. Could not just get replacement parts. Lowes is not stocking anymore so it's not possible to just swap at the store. I need to finish this project so I will remake the parts myself. Will not buy anything from this manufacturer again and will steer as much business as possible to somewhere besides Lowes where I can resolve the issue in person rather than 5 phone calls and emails.
