I made a purchase online. I was given an order number to track my purchase. nothing was delivered on the delivery day, then 1 package delivered 2 days later (2 metal rods), while the order is showing delivered online. I call customer service the first time they offered a refund (which will take 7-10 business days to review) while I have my whole closet is laying on the floor, they were rude and couldn't care less. BROKE DURING SHIPPING --
The pieces arrived in 7 boxes over a week. when the last piece arrived, it was broken but Lowes is refusing to return it. They argued that it was more than 48 hours, which it wasn't. Their shipping manifest did not note how the different pieces arrived on different days. No new part, no refund. So disappointing!!!
