What Customers Are Saying

This closet organization system received mixed reviews. Many customers found the final product to be of good quality and functionality, with a customizable design that improved their closets. However, a significant number encountered major issues, including damaged or missing parts, difficulty with assembly and installation, and the system not fitting their space as advertised. The consensus is that while the final result can look nice, the assembly and installation process is very challenging, and the risk of receiving a defective or incomplete set is high.

Great Product for the money

Would Recommend

Very pleased with this purchase. I ordered this unit and two other side units. Came all together on a pallet the same day and was perfectly packaged with no damage . However I would tell you the hanging bar holes make the clothes stick out to much. So my husband drilled holes more inward so they did not. I would recommend this product overall .

I made a purchase online. I was given an order number to track my purchase. nothing was delivered on the delivery day, then 1 package delivered 2 days later (2 metal rods), while the order is showing delivered online. I call customer service the first time they offered a refund (which will take 7-10 business days to review) while I have my whole closet is laying on the floor, they were rude and couldn't care less. I call again only to learn that it will come in 7 packages with 7 different tr...
