Utilities Cabinet

I asked the Customer Service in store if the Cabinet would be put together he said yes! When it was delivered in came in a box! I have no way to put it together! So I call the number on the receipt and it went to an automated system so I asked if I could get my money back it said there was no exchange so now I'm stuck with a cabinet I can't put together! That cost me $417.00!

Cheaper alternative for kitchen storage.

Bought these cabinets for extra pantry storage at cheaper price than kitchen cabinets. Really like the gray finish, so far it is pretty scratch resistant. I liked that I could swap which side was the narrow & wide side. I was a little concerned about stability/sturdiness but it shored up once leveled up & attached to the wall. I wish it had more shelves included for my purpose but otherwise really like them. This set did have one manufacturer defect that I'm still awaiting resolution on, he...

Nice color and stable cabinet

Bought these as an alternative to kitchen pantry storage. So far it is pretty scratch resistance and is pretty stable upon mounting to the wall. Straight forward assembly (much easier than the wider one). I needed shallower cabinets so this fit the bill. I wasn't aware that the 24" W cabinet was not as deep as the 38" cabinet so that caused me to reconfigure my set up but it ultimately worked out. I wish it had more shelves included for my purposes but overall satisfied with the cabinet.

Delivering damaged

I pointed out to the delivery driver the package was damaged and he said to call Lowe's and they will send a new one out and pick up the old one. He said they knew it was damaged when they put it on the truck for delivery! Now what!

Second cabinet

This the second cabinet I purchased. Wish the shelves were i bit heavier.

Missing parts

Missing a lot of hardware and not sure what to do about it at this point. Looks nice but feeling lost on what to do next.

Garbage

Missing cam bolts, very poor quality back panels. The box was thicker than the back. Doll pins are thin plastic. Debating of taking it back. But so far have 5 hours in assembling. Very wobbly.

MADE IN CHINA CRAP

I purchased 2 of these from Lowes. One of them I had to redrill some holes and cut a board to hold the top half together. The second one was missing 3 shelves and had 3 of the other parts in its place. No wonder the company doesn't want you to take it back to the store. The store might stop selling crap like this.

Great finish and plenty of shelfs

This unit was very easy to put together and was in excellent shape. I onlywcsh it was a little wider, however it fit our needs

Must have storage solution.

This cabinet solved my problem of where to store my Mop, Bucket, and Cleaning Supplies, I installed it in my laundry room and it’s one of the best things I’ve purchased this year!
