Amazing power and battery life.

Would Recommend

Power very much rivals, if not exceeds, gas power options. Charge also seems to last significantly longer than my previous 40v setup with Black and Decker. The only negative I can think of would be the weight while operating, primarily driven by the battery so I would definitely encourage adding the shoulder strap. I’m definitely stronger than most people but find the strap a welcomed relief when operating more than 5-10 minutes at a time.

Would Recommend

Good trimmer with one exception. When turned vertically to edge, the guard blocks my view and I can't directly see where I'm trimming. As a result, edging efforts look ragged. On a positive note, like the power and the two speeds. Especially like the self loading feature!

A Commanding Advantage

The EGO 15" POWERLOAD™ String Trimmer is the perfect tool for everyday tall grass and weed cutting. I perform seasonal work at my home and this particular tool cuts down weeds light a hot knife through butter. I also own a 16" EGO chainsaw. I am very glad I chose EGO power tools.
