First time use; won't recommend to anyone else
By self (auger) propelled you must mean YOURself. Any seam or crack in the sidewalk or driveway stops it cold. My small 21" gas blower has 4X the functionality. This thing is strictly PUSH..... and a shovel is lighter.

Please advise me how the self propelling works?
I only dry started my 21inch Ego Single Stage self propelled Snowblower and not yet used it in the snow. How does the self propelling of the snow blower work because I thought it would pull along during use but I had to push it during my dry start without snow? Thanks David

Out with the old and in with the new.
My 5 star review is based on my previous snow blower. I needed new batteries to replace my other ones so I just bought a new snow blower because it came with the batteries. To buy just new batteries it cost almost as much as buying a new snow blower with batteries and a charger. Right now there is no snow in Wisconsin, so I don't know how this blower will work. If it works as nice as my other one, I will be a happy camper. The extra plus with the new one is the heated handles, which will come in...
