Junk product and poor packing

The folks at Lowes are terrific..this isnt about them..Its about who packed this for shipping ..sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard..no padding at all…the far too thin ,aluminum pan ,was crushed in two places,.dont have time to wait for another ,been without hot water for the week..So I straightened ,flattened it out

package arrived but dented and in poor shape

Destroyed in shipping!

Very poor packing job, when FedEx delivered it, it was all bent up due to the fact in wasn't properly packaged.

Thin Lightweight

It's aluminum and lightweight. But it's also thin. Ordered online and picked up in store. Opened upon arriving home and pan was bent damaged (See picture). It does come with drain port. It's a pan and needed it to serve its function. Buy in store if possible or else be prepared for a damaged one from shipping.

Be Careful!

Aluminum is light, strong but, also thin. This is a good pan but, be careful! It will damage easily.
