I bought this Dyson 10 to upgrade our Dyson 8. We’re very happy with Dyson products and are continually impressed with the upgrades. I like the fact that the Dyson 10 does not have the trigger on the handle, also the three different levels of power are welcomed. Very well made product.

Battery issue

Love Dyson, but the battery on this unit is not worth the spend. My house is 1800sf and I have to break my vacuuming up into sections and days. Battery lasts about 18 minutes when using the high mode and around 25 in normal mode. The battery is removable so I guess their intention was to make you buy multiple batteries to clean an average size house all in one day? Sadly disappointed

Battery issues with Konical

Would Not Recommend

I bought the Konical on August 2nd. The run time was about 20 minutes. Dyson admitted they were having battery problems with this new model. When I called they were always out of batteries. The process to get a replacement was horrible. When the batteries were in they would send emails to those waiting for one. I would call ASAP and they were always gone! Ended up returning the vacuum! My one and only experience with Dyson was awful,

Would Recommend

We love the vacuum for all it's functionality. Being able to instantly go from a floor vac to a hand vac is indispensable. The only complaint is that the runtime could be longer, but we knew that before we purchased it.

This vacuum is only convenient for vacuuming your stairs. I have a small area rug in my living room, and it will not work for that rug or the contour rug in my bathroom. Returning this item asap don't waste your money.

Seem to work OK but the battery wouldn’t last says 60 minutes. I don’t even think it was 30 before it died second charge the same thing so I returned it. For the price of this vacuum, I expected much better
