Assembled Smoker has all the screw heads stripped.

Purchased a smoker online. received 2-3 notifications, and it was ready for pick up, but it was not. Upon finally receiving it, when I went to unload it, I noticed numerous screws were stripped out, thus preventing any further tightening of the product upon using. This experience was upsetting, to say the least.

It is nice looking for a smoker sitting on a benc

Picked it up feb 3 2025 . Took it home and attempted to assemble , missing some vital parts . Contacted who manufactured this grill for replacement of missing parts . March 21 2025 , parts not delivered as of yet ! They were contacted several times on missing parts , parts were shipped out ! No date of shipment
