This easy-to-use LP gas vertical smoker is the perfect solution for year-round backyard cooking. It all starts with a push button electronic ignition that emits a rapid pulse for quick and easy lighting. The dual cast iron burners provide 20,000 total BTUs for reliable cooking performance in cold or warm weather. The pre-installed door seals help retain heat and minimize smoke loss for improved cooking efficiency. Six height adjustable cooking grates provide 1,904 total square inches of cooking space. Each grate can be adjusted to accommodate whatever size and type of food your hear desires. Pre-installed sausage hooks and removable rib rack provide additional cooking flexibility. The large capacity water bowl and wood chip box are made with heavy gauge, porcelain enameled steel for hours of maintenance free cooking. I have used a lot of smokers in my lifetime charcoal, electric and propane this dyno smoker is the best one I have ever used. The temperature is easy to control it has 2 doors which I like a lot you can fill the water pan without having to open 1 big door the smoke box is huge and for most smokes a 1 time fill will be enough. My first smoke was 2 meatloaf and they turned out wonderful. I used a Bluetooth temp pro sensor and it is wonderful to keep up with the meat you are smoking. If you buy t...

Made in China!!!

Literally nothing was put together on this Smoker and as per usual with something coming from China it was missing parts to 2 pieces they show were supposed to be preattached. Finally, instructions say 25 minutes to put together. It took my wife and I together 90+ minutes. I’m torn between recommending and not recommending. I have to call the company to get the parts to connect the side dampers that again show they should have been attached. Typical product manufactured in China!!!!
