Nice Looking, Won't Reach Smoking Temperature
Very disappointed in this smoker. Agonized over buying one because I've always smoked over charcoal but I wanted the convenience of gas. Besides, I had good luck with their grills so I figured this would be a good purchase. The good: Looks good, good directions, nice adjustable racks, pretty easy to assemble. Spent three grand on appliances and a smoker for delivery. Smoker arrived almost assembled, except they lost the spring clips to hold the doors on, which wasn't a big deal for the smoke door, because they sheared the handle off completely somehow and never said anything. plenty of rack space, easy assembly, temp gauge is 14 degrees off, great water tray, great wood chip box....I was going to get the same smoker but next size up..which has been out of stock....afetr I bought this one I realized that this has plenty of smoking space...3 vent system is nice too

Best Purchase Ever!
I was worried that assembly would be a problem. Not to worry AT ALL. Items were packed well, directions were very clear. I've used it once so far and the temp remained steady throughout the cooking time. My old masterbuilt finally gave out and I thought I'd try this one--Great decision.
