Dependable 1st start
Bought to warm the porch for the dogs, started 1st time, burned for 10 hrs straight, no problems. Can't wait to use it again.

wont stay on
You light this, holding the valve in to let it warm up, and no matter how long you hold the valve in - I tried 5 minutes - it will not stay on. I called the company's customer service and the line stayed busy for 45 minutes before I hung up. They must have a lot of complaining customers.
Sensitive to movement
It’s sensitive barely move it will shut off. 15’ radius more like 10’ on high but still does what I need. Heats garage enough to work in when below 32 so good enough for me. Started out with full 40 lb RV cylinder. I built a square dolly with castors to roll it around garage. I use one of those extra long lighters to light. Be ready to hold in on the Red plunger for more than 30 seconds. Of course please read the directions first.

Burned my house
Bought this 2 weeks ago and it caught fire and burned my house and the tank exploded. Im VERY dissatisfied with this product. The safety switch melted and when it was tipped over to turn it off it just burned higher. The propane tank was also already turned off when it exploded.
