What Customers Are Saying

The Duraflame fire logs are generally well-received, with many customers praising their performance and ease of use. The majority of reviewers find the logs easy to light, produce a nice clean burn, and last for a good duration, often around 4 hours as advertised. However, some customers have experienced issues with the logs not lasting the full 4 hours, splitting or burning out too quickly, or having a strong chemical smell. Despite these problems, most customers seem satisfied with the product and recommend it, especially when purchased at a good price or with a discount.
